Where in the Valley?
Tap a region to see every new-construction community there. All 521 are listed below, but the map is faster.
Every major production builder in the Valley, their floor plans, price ranges, and active communities, in one place. No builder sales pressure. Just the data you need to decide.

Builders are buying rates down well below resale financing. Here is the lowest current offer from each builder advertising one, with the fine print called out.
Read the label. A 30-yr fixed rate holds for the life of the loan. A temporary buydown starts low and steps up after the first year or two. An ARM can adjust upward once the fixed period ends. Every builder rate requires that builder's preferred lender, and offers are tied to contract and rate-lock deadlines. Rates and terms come from builder marketing and change often, verify before relying on them.
These windows are short. New offers appear and expire every week. I read the fine print on every one, so you find out which rates are actually fixed and which are a teaser that steps up in year three.
One email a week. New offers, expired offers, and anything closing in the next 10 days. No listing blasts, no drip sequence. Unsubscribe any time.
Done. You are on the Monday list. The first one lands this coming Monday.

I built this site because buying new construction without independent representation is one of the most common, and expensive, mistakes Phoenix buyers make. The builder's sales team is good at their job. That job is selling you their home at the highest price possible.
I work exclusively for buyers. My fee is paid by the builder. It costs you nothing and changes everything about how the transaction goes.
Working with a builder's sales rep is free, but it's not neutral.
Their job is to sell you their homes. Mine is to help you find the right one.
